Refund policy

We can't offer returns or exchanges on our items as they are 100% unique to you, so please be careful when choosing your size. If there is something not right with your order please let us know asap so that we can resolve it for you. You can do that via email quoting your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
